Our series DS and DX label dispensers are built to provide rugged and lasting use. Label dispensers increase productivity quickly. A label dispenser presents the label ready for the operator to grab and apply, eliminating the need to pick labels from a roll.

Click video icon (220K) to view a label dispenser in action How a dispenser works. Load the units with a roll of pressure sensitive labels. Turn the unit on. The dispenser automatically advances the label and peels the leading label edge off the peel plate and stops. Once the label is removed the dispenser re-feeds and stops the next label.

	Counter option Resetable counter tracks number of labels removed from dispenser.

	Photo take off option None contact solution for the detecton of the label. As the label feeds it breaks a light beam and stops. Operator removes the label and the dispenser re-feeds.

	Clear Label take off option Used for sensing clear labels. Non contact.

	Extending Feed option View the video (600K) For longer labels where speed is important. The extending feed options allows most of the label to be dispense off the peel plate. The operator removes the entire label and the dispenser re-feeds the next label. Requires the photo take off eye option.
